Q. What if I am not satisfied with my service considering I have paid in advance?
A. In most cases, we will refund 50% of your payment. If you are dissatisfied with another service, we will look into the matter further to determine if a 2nd refund will be issued and unpair you with the service provider.
Q. How do I get the same person again if I liked their service?
Answer:
You may contact customer service in the app by sending us an email request. If the pro is available at the time of your request, we will notify them right away.
Q. Will I get a discount if the pro takes more than 30 minutes to arrive?
A. Yes. We guarantee to arrive within 30 minutes or less. If the pro arrives after 30 minutes, you will receive $5.00 off of your service. The discount will be refunded to you within 24 hrs. from the time of service.

A. Yes, however you will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee. Refunds will be given within 24 hrs. of the cancellation.
